Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Boston Transportation Group (BTG Inc.), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
We value your business and aim to provide clear expectations for all services.

 


Airport pick up Locations

 


Reservations & Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
  • Reservations are confirmed only after: A valid payment method is provided, and a confirmation email is sent.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation is not confirmed.
  • Payment is charged to the card on file after services are completed.

Quotes

  • Quotes may be requested by phone, text, email, or through the online form.
  • A quote does not constitute a reservation. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment details and a confirmation email.

Deposits

  • No deposit is required for sedan or SUV transfers.
  • Vans and motor coaches require a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Service Day Notifications

The following notifications will be sent:

  1. 24-hour reminder email
  2. 6-hour pre-arrival email with driver details
  3. 1-hour pre-arrival email with driver details
  4. Arrival notification (email to booking contact and text to passenger)
  5. Confirmation when the driver has made contact
  6. Post-service thank-you email and completion confirmation text

Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups (grace period): Domestic flights: 30 minutes - International flights: 60 minutes
  • No additional charges for flight delays or cancellations.
  • After the grace period: Sedans: $1.50 per minute - SUVs: $2.00 per minute - Van: $3.00 per minute

No-Show Policy

  • Full fare will be charged if the passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup time and location.
  • To avoid charges, cancellations must be made as soon as possible.

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged in full.

Hourly Reservations

  • Minimum booking requirements: Sedans/SUVs: 3 hours - Vans/Motor Coaches: 5 hours
  • Additional travel time charges may apply for pickups located more than 30 minutes from our facility.

Additional Fees

  • Tolls and parking fees are not included and will be added when applicable.
  • Example: Logan Airport toll is $8.50 ($3.25 Massport + $5.25 tunnel fee).
  • Extra stops: $25 per stop (maximum 15 minutes per stop).
  • We add a $25.00 for all pick ups between 11:00PM & 6:00 AM
  • A carseat fee is $25.00 - 2 carseats fee is $30.00 (for both).

Flight Tracking

  • We monitor all incoming flights to adjust pickup times accordingly.
  • We strive to have your chauffeur ready regardless of delays or early arrivals.

Meet & Greet Service

  • Available at airports and train stations. Fee: $50. Includes assistance with luggage and escort to your chauffeur.

Client Feedback

We welcome your feedback and encourage reviews on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Instagram.


Cleanup & Damage Fees

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during service.

Typical charges include Spills or stains: $300+ - Upholstery damage (rips/burns): $800+ - Vomit cleanup: minimum $400

Final costs may vary depending on severity and vehicle downtime.


Vehicle Policies

  • No Smoking: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Stops can be accommodated upon request.
  • No Underage Drinking: Strictly prohibited. The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if violated.
  • The following items are prohibited from BTG vehicles: Glass containers - Firearms - Explosives - Fireworks.

Pet Policy

  • BTG is a pet-friendly company with most of our team having furry friends who are part of our families.
  • Pets are allowed in BTG vehicles. If the pet weighs more than 20 pounds, then they must be placed in a kennel crate. Small pets must be leashed or placed in a carrying case and must not travel in the seat next to your chauffeur.
  • Please note that certified service animals do not need to be placed in a crate. To ensure a smooth ride for both you and your pet, it is best to call us beforehand at 617.600.8030 to make arrangements so we can match you with a pet-friendly chauffeur.

Lost Items

  • BTG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please ensure all belongings are collected at the end of your trip.

  • Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
  • Payment details are securely stored in encrypted systems for future use.

 

Agreement

 

By reserving services with BTG Inc., the Customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

If a sedan is reserved and unavailable, BTG Inc. may provide an SUV at no additional charge unless a sedan-only vehicle is specifically requested.

Additional stops are subject to a minimum fee of $25, with final pricing based on location and wait time. Wait time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed as follows: $1.50 per minute for sedans, $2.00 per minute for SUVs, and $3.00 per minute for vans.

Cancellations for sedan and SUV reservations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full trip amount. For trips outside Massachusetts, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations for 11- or 14-passenger van reservations made within 5 days of the scheduled pickup date will be charged the full trip amount.
Motor coach reservations require a $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service will be charged a minimum of five (5) hours.

No-shows will be charged the full trip amount plus any applicable wait time. To avoid no-show charges, please call (617) 600-8030 if you are unable to locate your chauffeur.

For airport pickups, wait time begins 30 minutes after domestic flight arrival and 60 minutes after international flight arrival. For FBOs and residential pickups, wait time begins after 15 minutes.

All rates are subject to change without notice. BTG Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control, nor for personal items left in vehicles.
Passenger capacity must not exceed the legal limit of each vehicle.
A 20% gratuity is included in all rates. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is appreciated but not required.

A minimum $400 cleaning fee will be charged for vomiting, spills, or damage caused by passengers. Additional charges may apply depending on severity and vehicle downtime.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Upon request, chauffeurs will make stops when safe to do so.
